La Quinta by Wyndham Dallas - Addison Galleria

Like: We liked the location. It was super close to everything. The breakfast was decent and the room was nice and big. There is an outside pool but sadly it was rainy our whole stay so we didn't try it out. Also a gym on the 2nd floor which we also didn't try out. The hotel had been renovated and the rooms and lobby were nicely furnished and overall a good value. We would stay there again! Dislike: When we arrived the house keeper didn't refill the soaps in the shower. I'm glad I brought toiletries. The next day though I went to the front desk and she gave me whole full size bottles to install in the shower dispenser myself. The 2nd thing was the mattress was hard and not comfortable for side sleepers. Lastly the elevator in the rear of the hotel was a little worn and would make noises and lurch up when using it. Like come to a stop. Make a noise then lunge upwards then stop and ding and the door would open. They really should get it serviced.

I stayed at La Quinta Hotel with my family, and despite being a 2-star hotel, it exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options to start the day right. The overall atmosphere was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff was friendly and attentive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service at an affordable price.

My son moved to Addison, so I travel here alot . This was my 1st time staying at this location. I'm a Manager of a Major Corporation, so I am one to pay attention to detail.This property was amazing an for the rates I extended a night making it 4 nights debated on the 5th😃 My kids loved the pool . I really enjoyed the Lighting & Cabana 🥰 Found my New spot when. I come to Addison. Last but not least, the Staff was amazing.I would hire every one that works for this establishment. Every staff member I spoke with was both courteous and professional. The staffer managing the breakfast buffet was constantly in motion making sure every guest found fresh food. She even poured coffee at tables (this was extremely usual service). Pet-friendly included a dog area with plenty of bags for pickup and disposal. Our dogs loved the area granted to them. All unmanned exterior doors required room key to re-enter the building. I like this security feature. The lobby area afforded a glass wall overlooking interior courtyard and high ceilings for a relaxing atmosphere of elegance without austere formality. Strange as it might seem, the odd-shaped room was a refreshing change from norm.

I liked how the smell of the hotel was I like to smell it and smell dingy it didn't smell old I like the showers the overall experience was great.
